packaging was fine, stomach is better

box showed up a little beat up on one corner but the pouch inside was sealed fine so no big deal. whats mattered more is my stomach doesnt feel so tight and heavy after i eat anymore, its just calmer overall.

i keep the pouch right by the table and take my two in the morning with breakfast, easy habbit to stick with. noticed i stopped grabbing donuts at work like i used to, which is honestly the win here.

Yeah so I just automatically reorder these at this point, its part of my daily routine now. I honestly haven't had a real cold since I started and early winter is usually really rough for me with two kids in school literally bringing everything home.

Less bloated

Night shifts wreck my stomach and I was skeptical, but my stomach feels lighter through the day now, not that tight bloated feeling by hour six. Took a couple weeks though, not instant, and its pricey (but I'm not going back to the capsules I was burping with all day, so worth it).

didn't get sick once this winter

Was skeptical, figured it was placebo territory honestly. Took maybe 3 months before I started feeling convinced because I wasn't catching every cold that went through the office. I did catch one though so cant say it's magic, but I do feel something's working. Whether it's placebo or not, im happy with the results

sound weird but its the only routine i actually stick to lol. few weeks in and i snack way less at my desk, not forcing myself not to eat the whole bag of chips anymore

Just eat these alongside breakfast or lunch, whichever I remember first. Bloating is way down but I do forget a dose some days.

worth the extra few bucks

compared to the cheap stuff at the drugstore... this actually seems to do something for my gut... I've been convinced I've got a parasite issue since my trip to Asia recently and I was skeptical the price difference and whether a gummy could really be worth it but honestly my belly is noticeably less bloated now.

taste is better than expected

these actually taste like pineapple and not some weird medicine flavor (I was bracing myself for something awful). also noticed my belly feels calmer and have been going to the bathroom regularly so that's nice

Both me and the wife love these!

We take these together with every dinner as kind of a dessert and I must say we're both loving the effects! I don't know whether we had some kind of parasite thing or just the glp-1 drugs causing our digestion to be a mess but these seem to really have helped. I highly recommend!

Stomach feels calmer most days which is nice!! Took about three weeks before I noticed anything though, so don't expect overnight results. I think I'll keep taking for a while still and then reevaluate whether it's worth the money in the long run.
